You are responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and improving mechanical installations in homes. Sometimes you will resolve an urgent issue, while other days you will perform preventive maintenance or advise residents about their installations.

Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical installations.

Identify and resolve malfunctions.
•
Maintain heating systems, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and other installations.
•
Replace components such as pumps, valves, filters, and control elements.
•
Inspect, adjust, and commission installations.
•
Identify improvement points and advise customers accordingly.
•
Record completed work in the digital system.
•
Prepare service reports.

Maintain contact with residents and clients.
