Het aannemen van incidenten en storingen via telefoon en e-mail.

Het stellen van gerichte vragen om de situatie helder te krijgen en het bieden van eerstelijnsondersteuning.

Het zorgvuldig registreren van klant- en storingsgegevens, zodat collega's verder kunnen met de afhandeling.

•

Het zorgen voor een duidelijke overdracht naar monteurs en andere afdelingen.

•

Het bewaken van afspraken rondom storingsafhandeling en terugkoppeling.

•

Het proactief informeren van klanten over de voortgang van hun meldingen.

•

Het signaleren van knelpunten en het aandragen van verbeterideeën voor klanttevredenheid en efficiëntie.
