The Role

As a Service Operations Associate I, you will be integral to the Client Service department, handling administrative and transactional functions that support our service delivery. This role focuses on processing client requests and ensuring operational excellence while collaborating with Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork, forms, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Execute money movement requests, including wires and ACH transfers, per firm and custodial policies.
• Monitor and manage service requests in a centralized queue for timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of transactions in the CRM and custodial platforms.
• Liaise with custodians and third-party platforms to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with custodial procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support client service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in an office environment with a customer service focus is helpful.
• Notary designation is a plus.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
