Issue work orders for planned maintenance and provide necessary information to the Parts Department for filter packages.

•

Issue work orders for unplanned maintenance, including light towers, generators, and water pumps.

•

Track work orders in a specified log for management review.

•

Monitor and report on open work orders.

•

Maintain records of shop lost time work orders.

•

Enter completed repairs from mechanic timecards into work orders.

•

Close completed work orders.

•

Update Planned and Unplanned Maintenance spreadsheets as needed.

•

Review parts used for repairs and verify the status of open PO numbers.

•

Complete third-party work orders and billable repair work orders.

•

Participate in work planning meetings to coordinate scheduling with maintenance and supervision teams.

•

Identify warranty repairs and manage the warranty process through the warranty log.

•

Coordinate call-backs with the maintenance coordinator for training and corrective actions.

•

Experience in service writing, maintenance administration, or a similar role.

•

Familiarity with work orders, maintenance records, and scheduling.

•

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; experience with Vantage is a plus.

•

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with maintenance, parts, and operations teams.
