Wat ga je doen?
Als Shiftleader bij Ron Gastrobar zorg jij samen met het team voor een onvergetelijke gastervaring:
•
Het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het bedieningsteam tijdens de shift.
•
Verantwoordelijk voor een soepele service en goede samenwerking tussen bediening en keuken.
•
Toezien op een perfecte mise en place en het bewaken van kwaliteit en service.
•
Ondersteunen op de vloer waar nodig, zoals het opnemen van bestellingen en adviseren van gasten.
•
Oplossen van operationele uitdagingen tijdens de shift.
•
Verantwoordelijk voor het openen en/of sluiten van de zaak.
•
Zorgdragen voor een gastvrije sfeer en optimale beleving voor iedere gast.
