We are seeking a passionate individual to enhance our customer experience. The Sneaker Maker role focuses on co-creation services, transforming Golden Goose items into unique pieces that reflect client identities. This position is not just about crafting custom sneakers; it is an opportunity to inspire and connect deeply with clients, providing a personalized co-creation experience that builds lasting relationships with the brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using various drawing and illustration techniques.
•
Guide clients through a unique co-creation journey, ensuring brand values and storytelling are maintained throughout their experience in-store.
•
Actively participate in the sales process, aiming to achieve business goals through strategic cross-selling and up-selling, while supporting pre-sale and post-sale activities, including inventory management and customer loyalty efforts.
•
Ensure customers are properly registered on the Golden App for effective segmentation and profiling.
•
Maintain the co-creation area in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
•
Assist with store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.
•
Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).
