We are seeking a Software Engineer, New Grad (Zara) to work full-time in a remote capacity. In this role, you will develop scalable backend systems, optimize algorithms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions. Your contributions will support mission-critical infrastructure for real-time user experiences across global platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in distributed systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and testing standards.
• Optimize system performance through profiling, debugging, and algorithmic improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship features.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and performance tuning.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
