About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer (EMEA) at Hightouch, you will play a crucial role in securing technical wins by collaborating with Account Executives. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth technical discovery, designing tailored product demonstrations, and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. This position is particularly exciting as we seek our first German-speaking Solutions Engineer for the EMEA team, allowing you to engage with clients across the German market.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer data architecture and marketing objectives, translating these into compelling solution designs.
• Design and deliver customized product demonstrations across Hightouch’s offerings, including Customer Studio and Agentic Marketing Platform.
• Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements, ensuring thorough execution and validation to close complex enterprise deals.
• Build strong technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Navigate intricate buying committees, confidently interacting with technical teams and C-suite executives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering, with experience in complex solution architecture across multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and solution design for both technical and business audiences, including C-suite.
• Familiarity with modern data ecosystems, including cloud data warehouses and APIs, with the capability to navigate customer data architectures.
• Experience in competitive enterprise sales motions; familiarity with value-selling frameworks like MEDDPICC is a plus.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ambition, and humility, with a team-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or Marketing Automation tools.
• Background in collaborating with data engineering or analytics teams.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company during significant scaling phases.
