Aufgaben:

•

Pflege und Verwaltung von Lieferanten-, Preis- und Konditionsdaten in unseren Systemen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität und Konsistenz.

•

Überwachung vertraglicher Vereinbarungen und Konditionen, frühzeitige Identifizierung von Abweichungen und Unterstützung bei deren Klärung.

•

Aktualisierung und Pflege von Vertragsdaten in internen Systemen zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen operativen Ablaufs.

•

Analyse von Rechnungs- und Konditionsabweichungen mit Lieferanten und Großhändlern sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern zur schnellen Lösung.

•

Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Procurement, Finance und Operations zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Contract-Management-Prozessen und Datenqualität.

Anforderungen:

•

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Vertragsmanagement oder in administrativen Funktionen.

•

Erfahrung in der Vertragsadministration, im Procurement Support oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.

•

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wie Microsoft Dynamics AX.

•

Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Auge für Details und Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität.

•

Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch sowie starke Organisationsfähigkeit zur effektiven Koordination unterschiedlicher Stakeholder.
