You ensure that shipments are received accurately, stocked neatly, and maintained consistently for our Sales Associates. Your efforts in keeping the stockroom organized enable the sales team to quickly find products and provide customers with an exceptional in-store experience. Your attention to detail and efficiency in the stockroom contribute to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales associates in enhancing the shopping experience for customers.
• Help process all inventory movements between the store and distribution center.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom while following company standards and safety protocols.
• Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained and that sizes and styles are adequately represented.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including display shoes.

Requirements

• 6 to 9 months of retail experience.
• Friendly and positive demeanor at all times.
• Ability to initiate tasks independently without supervision.
• Highly organized and efficient.
• Physical ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull, and lift weights typically between 5-30 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
