De rol
Als Strategic Account Manager bij ThreatFabric ben je verantwoordelijk voor de relatie, het behoud en de groei van onze meest strategische klanten in de financiële sector. Dit omvat toonaangevende banken en betalingsbedrijven wiens fraudepreventieprogramma's dagelijks afhankelijk zijn van ons platform.
Dit is een senior rol met verantwoordelijkheden voor omzet, waarin je waarde- en consultatieve verkoopmethoden gebruikt om onze grootste accounts te verdedigen en uit te breiden. Je ontmoet regelmatig de belangrijkste sponsors, bedrijfsleiders, kampioenen en gebruikers van onze technologie om de waarde van onze technologie te meten en ROI-gevallen op te bouwen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces van verlenging en upselling, inclusief accountplanning, prijsstelling, contractonderhandelingen en afsluiting. Je werkt nauw samen met Product, Data Science en Solution Engineering om ervoor te zorgen dat klanten meetbare vermindering van fraudeverlies en een duidelijke return on investment behalen. Ook identificeer en ontwikkel je uitbreidingsmogelijkheden over nieuwe producten, gebruiksscenario's en bedrijfslijnen.
