The Role

As a Strategic Advisor, you will provide critical insights to AOC's Managing Director and Management Team, ensuring that AOC's services align with the strategic direction of Saudi Aramco. Your role will involve analyzing business practices, identifying opportunities, and supporting the implementation of new policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support AOC's Managing Director and Management Team to enhance business practices and recommend sustainable changes.
• Conduct value-added analyses and research to support AOC's strategic objectives and advise on strategic direction.
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities for AOC and SAM.
• Monitor strategy implementation and suggest improvements to achieve strategic goals.
• Support the implementation of new policies, services, and processes.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for the Managing Director.
• Ensure compliance of AOC services with the needs of Saudi Aramco and major customers.
• Coordinate quarterly and periodic strategic reviews and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong strategic insight and financial acumen with a global perspective.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years with AOC or affiliated companies.
