In this role, you will act as the subject-matter expert for key sustainability compliance products in your region, supporting teams in renewable fuels, gases, and energy products. Your responsibilities include ensuring our products and activities comply with relevant regulatory and sustainability certification requirements such as ISCC, RED II/III, Mass Balance, RFS, and LCFS. You will monitor regulatory developments and translate new requirements into practical changes to processes and controls. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate regional certification and accreditation audits, ensuring thorough preparation and high compliance standards.
Responsibilities:

Assess complex trades, supply chains, feedstocks, Proof of Sustainability documentation, and GHG calculations, providing clear compliance advice.
•
Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Finance to identify compliance risks and opportunities for informed decision-making.
•
Analyze transactional data flows to identify systemic issues, enhancing data integrity and operational processes.
•
Represent ACT with regulators, certification bodies, and industry forums, helping to shape emerging compliance frameworks.
