About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Vice President to establish, scale, and lead our global Owner-Furnished, Contractor Installed (OFCI) procurement organization for our AI and accelerated computing data center pipeline. This high-impact executive role focuses on sourcing and delivering the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure that powers and cools next-generation GPU and AI clusters. You will build and lead a high-performing procurement team responsible for multi-million-dollar supplier negotiations and full life-cycle contract management.

Responsibilities

•

Own the global vision, strategy, and operating model for the OFCI procurement organization.

•

Collaborate with Construction, Design and Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure procurement strategies align with project needs.

•

Develop vendor capacity reservations and risk-mitigation strategies for high-density power and cooling equipment.

•

Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class procurement team.

•

Establish KPIs, vendor scorecards, and ethical sourcing standards.

•

Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations with major OEMs for the AI data center MEP stack.

•

Apply strategic sourcing frameworks to optimize capital and operational expenditure.

•

Manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of OFCI equipment.

•

Coordinate installation and commissioning of owner-furnished gear with contractors.

•

Negotiate long-term operations, maintenance, and service level agreements.

•

Ensure operational readiness for all liquid cooling assets.
