Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Ondersteunen van betrouwbare IT-operaties en medewerkers.
•
Technische ondersteuning bieden aan medewerkers in Windows, macOS en Linux omgevingen.
•
Installeren, configureren, onderhouden en oplossen van problemen met werkstations, software, randapparatuur en IT-apparatuur.
•
Beheren en prioriteren van technische verzoeken via ticketingsystemen zoals Jira.
•
Diagnostiseren en oplossen van hardware-, software-, connectiviteits- en netwerkgerelateerde problemen.
•
Ondersteunen van apparaatlevenscyclusbeheer, inclusief inventarisregistratie, installatie, uitrol, onderhoud en vervanging.
•
Configureren en onderhouden van beveiligingsoplossingen zoals VPN, antivirus, MDM, back-ups, firewalls en monitoringtools.
•
Zorgen voor naleving van interne IT-beleidslijnen, beveiligingseisen en operationele normen.
•
Technische documentatie, procedures en kennisbronnen onderhouden en bijwerken.
•
Bijdragen aan IT-verbeteringen door middel van automatisering, scripting en procesoptimalisatie.
•
Ondersteunen van netwerkbeheeractiviteiten met betrekking tot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN's en gerelateerde technologieën.
•
Assisteren bij gebruikersbeheer, systeemconfiguraties en infrastructuurgerelateerde taken.
