Backbase is evolving into an AI-native organization, and as we adapt to rapid changes in our product and team structures, Talent Acquisition is becoming a strategic function. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to serve as the recruitment partner for our Services Department, which has a global reach and unpredictable demand cycles. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can stay ahead of the curve.
You'll manage the full recruitment cycle for the Services department, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and aligning on priorities. Additionally, you will lead and mentor two recruiters, ensuring high standards within the team.
● Act as a dedicated TA partner for the Services department, understanding team structure and challenges, and running weekly stakeholder check-ins. ● Own the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer, maintaining clear pipelines and conversion rates. ● Proactively source candidates for assigned roles, building passive pipelines for high-priority positions. ● Utilize market data to advise hiring managers on talent availability and compensation benchmarks. ● Conduct structured assessments and ensure quality of hire by aligning screening with role briefs. ● Leverage AI tools to enhance recruitment processes and maintain clean ATS data. ● Lead and develop two recruiters, providing feedback and sharing best practices.
● Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services. ● Strong stakeholder partnership skills, providing advisory relationships. ● Ability to advocate for quality and challenge weak briefs or scorecards. ● Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment workflows. ● Data literacy to utilize metrics and benchmarks in discussions. ● Experience mentoring colleagues and guiding team development. ● Strong organizational skills under pressure, managing complex portfolios. ● Must be based in Amsterdam to collaborate effectively with the Services team.
