In jouw rol als Teamleider Kruidenierswaren ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het team op de winkelvloer, waar je zorgt dat alle werkzaamheden efficiënt worden uitgevoerd. Je biedt ondersteuning aan klanten en stimuleert een collegiale sfeer binnen het team, wat bijdraagt aan de beste resultaten voor zowel de afdeling als de klanten.

Salaris tot €2.814,- bruto per 4 weken (€3.048,- bruto per maand) op basis van een 37-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring.
•
3 ADV uren met een vaste inroostering per week bij een 40-urige werkweek.
•
24 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis.
•
Flexibele werktijden en veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid.
