We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to guide a diverse team of software engineers. This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and collaboration to foster a high-performing engineering culture while ensuring successful software delivery.
We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of 8–9 software engineers, including front-end, back-end, full-stack, and nearshore developers. This is a leadership-focused role where you'll be responsible for driving team performance, mentoring engineers, managing delivery, and working closely with Product Managers and key stakeholders to ensure successful software delivery. While a strong technical background is essential, your primary focus will be on people leadership, collaboration, and creating a high-performing engineering culture.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Leidinggeven, mentoren en ondersteunen van een team van software engineers.
- Agile delivery aansteken en ervoor zorgen dat projecten succesvol worden opgeleverd.
- Beheren van prioriteiten, teamcapaciteit en het wegnemen van bezorgblokkades.
- Samenwerken met Product Management en zakelijke belanghebbenden.
- Technische begeleiding bieden en engineering best practices bevorderen.
Vereisten
- Eerdere ervaring in het leiden van softwareontwikkelingsteams.
- Sterke vaardigheden in people management en stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on ontwikkelingsachtergrond.
- Ervaring met werken in Agile omgevingen en met CI/CD-praktijken.
- Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
Nice to Have
- Ervaring met Azure, Python, gedistribueerde/nearshore teams, of IoT, telematica of verbonden producten.
