We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to take charge of the operational readiness and continuous health of our Data Centers, including both COLO and BTS sites. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and operational oversight, ensuring that each site meets expectations regarding SLAs, maintenance schedules, and audits.

The Role

As the Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the main point of accountability for the operational health of our Data Centers. You will work closely with landlords and operators, ensuring compliance with SLAs and managing site maintenance. This position requires a hands-on approach to risk management and operational accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational health of Nebius COLO and BTS sites, ensuring compliance with power, cooling, space, connectivity, security, and environmental controls.
• Monitor SLA compliance across landlords and colocation providers; identify breaches and drive remediation.
• Manage site maintenance schedules, including planning and approving maintenance windows.
• Conduct site audits covering compliance, capacity, and safety; track findings to closure.
• Act as the primary interface with data center landlords and operators, managing operational relationships and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Nebius IT team on deployments, capacity planning, and incident response.
• Develop reporting mechanisms and dashboards for leadership visibility into site health and SLA performance.
• Lead incident coordination and follow-up, including root cause analysis.
• Manage contractual operational obligations across multiple sites and providers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or data center operations.
• Proven experience managing data center infrastructure and operations.
• Experience with third-party vendor management against SLAs.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and drive measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience with COLO and BTS data center models.
• Knowledge of data center SLAs, MOPs/SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with AI/HPC or high-density compute infrastructure.
• Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Experience creating reporting tools for infrastructure health.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Uptime ATD).
• Proficiency with program and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Willingness to travel as needed.
