As a Technical Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering after-sales customer service and technical support across overseas regions. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues remotely and traveling to customer sites when necessary. You will also collect and analyze product launch problems, major quality issues, and conduct attribution analysis in collaboration with the first site. Additionally, you will write after-sales standard FAQ documents, maintenance manuals, and technical support manuals, ensuring clear communication for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities

Provide after-sales technical Q&A support for overseas customers.

Analyze early product launch problems and major quality issues.
•
Develop and maintain after-sales documentation, including FAQs and manuals.
•
Conduct training for overseas channels, agents, and ODM customers on new product launches.
•
Support marketing and sales teams with relevant training for smooth project implementation.
•
Assist the sales team with international after-sales emergencies and quality incidents.
•
Train and upgrade the technical skills of newcomers and after-sales team members.
