In this role, you will deliver online and on-site after-sales technical services for home energy storage products in the Netherlands and address customer technical issues. You will gather field-reported product and quality issues, consolidate findings, and escalate them to relevant headquarters teams. Additionally, you will maintain localized FAQs and on-site operation guidelines, implementing repair and technical manuals provided by headquarters. Conducting new-product and thematic technical training for local channels and installers through remote and on-site sessions is also part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with local sales teams will be essential to handle after-sales emergencies and customer complaints, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Vereisten
•
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant hands-on experience may substitute for formal education.
•
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or field after-sales service.
•
Background in Electronic Engineering, Automation, or other technical disciplines is preferred.
•
Willingness to undertake frequent on-site travel within the Netherlands.
•
Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch; proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a strong plus.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to continuously learn product knowledge.
