Join our team as a Trading Platform Engineer in a remote role with rotational shifts, including nights. You'll ensure the stability and reliability of critical trading systems while managing Windows Server environments and electronic trading platforms (MT4/MT5).

We are seeking a Trading Platform Engineer to be part of our dynamic team. In this client-facing position, you will oversee Windows Server environments and electronic trading platforms (MT4/MT5), focusing on maintaining the stability and reliability of vital trading systems.

Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and maintain MT4/MT5 trading servers and associated systems.
Investigate and resolve complex platform issues, including crash dump analysis and performance tuning.
Deploy platform upgrades, patches, and configuration updates.
Support integration between trading platforms and liquidity aggregation systems.
Collaborate with support and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.
Monitor system performance, availability, and stability of client trading environments using monitoring and alerting tools.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Windows Server administration and MT4/MT5 platform management.
Strong knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and diagnostic tools (WinDbg, Event Viewer, Sysinternals).
Solid understanding of FX/CFD trading concepts and operations of trading platforms.
Good grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS).
SQL knowledge for troubleshooting databases and generating reports.
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Zabbix, Icinga2, Grafana).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
