About the Company

Global Infrastructure serves as the backbone of ING, delivering platforms, networks, cloud services, and core technology foundations that support digital banking globally. Automation and Orchestration are central to this framework, defining the design, automation, security, and operation of infrastructure at scale.

The Role

You will lead a global tribe of approximately 173 engineers and technology leaders responsible for ING's hosting environments in data centers and edge facilities worldwide. Your role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders across technology, architecture, risk, and operations to drive major initiatives focused on convergence, automation, and resilience while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, learning, and engineering excellence.
