The Role

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will oversee paid user acquisition from start to finish. Initially focusing on Meta, you will expand to TikTok, Google, and other platforms as justified by the data. Your role is hands-on, managing ad accounts, budgets, targeting, and creative testing to achieve profitable installs and subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
• Oversee account structure, budgets, bids, targeting, and placements.
• Conduct creative testing using content from our UGC and creator team.
• Own the funnel from ad to install to subscription, focusing on CAC, ROAS, and payback.
• Scale spend profitably by identifying effective audience, creative, and placement combinations.
• Handle measurement and attribution, including MMP setup and tracking.
• Collaborate directly with product teams and the CEO to influence landing pages and onboarding processes.
• Provide detailed reports on spend, CAC, ROAS, and payback metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in paid acquisition for a B2C consumer app, with direct ownership of spend and outcomes.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure and audience strategy.
• Experience with TikTok Ads and Google App campaigns.
• Understanding of mobile app install and subscription conversion funnels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
• Familiarity with MMPs and iOS measurement challenges.
• Ability to work independently and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.

Bonus Points

• Experience scaling paid UA for consumer subscription products with complex value propositions.
• Background in emotionally engaging consumer apps or AI-native products.
• Proven track record managing six- or seven-figure monthly budgets profitably.
• Depth of knowledge in Apple Search Ads or Google UAC.
• Experience building measurement stacks, including MMP implementation.
