In the role of Visual Lead, you will be instrumental in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through strategic Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. You will collaborate closely with the Operations and Visual Managers to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and support overall store operations.

As a Visual Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, processing, and sales floor recovery.
• Ensuring strategic product presentation and merchandising by overseeing product recovery, restock, and visual merchandising changes.
• Planning visual floor changes in collaboration with management to meet business needs.
• Executing visual direction from planning through to execution, adhering to company expectations and timelines.
• Utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels.

• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen to support strategies that drive business growth.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Inspire and lead staff in daily operations and enhance guest experiences.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Associates, focusing on recruitment and talent development.
• Use performance tools to evaluate operations associates and provide feedback for growth.

Vereisten

• Previous experience in a client-focused sales environment.
• Proven leadership skills with excellent decision-making abilities.
• Receptive to feedback and eager to provide it.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country from the start of employment.

• A balanced schedule that supports business needs, including availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
