The Role

You will manage stock allocation, oversee inventory alignment, and ensure the smooth flow of order preparation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing stock allocation in the warehouse and defining the product location map.
• Monitoring stock inbound processes and maintaining physical/accounting stock alignment.
• Overseeing order preparation flow, including order reception from ERP systems and completion for dispatch.
• Managing production and plant parameters in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Optimizing production processes and resolving potential issues to meet preparation schedules and productivity goals.

Requirements

• Experience in similar roles within structured logistics warehouses.
• Background in complex organizations or major Accounting Firms.
• Bachelor's degree with a technical/economic focus; a master's degree is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency; Dutch is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP and WMS software is a plus.
