The Role

As a Warehouse Operations Officer, you will coordinate warehouse activities and manage all functional aspects of warehouse management and order preparation. Your role will involve stock management, adjusting storage parameters, monitoring daily production, and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock allocation and define the product location map in the warehouse.
• Monitor the inbound stock process and maintain physical/accounting stock alignment.
• Oversee the order preparation flow, including order reception from ERP systems and completion for dispatch.
• Manage production and plant parameters in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Optimize production processes and resolve potential issues to meet preparation schedules and ensure productivity.

Requirements

• Experience in similar roles within structured logistics warehouses.
• Background in complex organizations or major Accounting Firms.
• Bachelor's degree with a technical/economic focus; a master's degree is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency; Dutch is desirable.
• Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP and WMS software is a plus.
