We Are Renewables is seeking a Warehouse Operator for one of our clients in the energy industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing logistics processes and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved logistics processing on schedule (Goods Receipt / Warehouse / Transport / Dispatch).
• Accept incoming goods and verify them against shipping documents (material number, description, quantity).
• Inspect incoming goods for visible damage, document findings, and provide information as required.
• Ensure proper use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklift, etc.).
• Enter relevant data into data processing systems.
• Organize acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods in the storage area, recording them in the appropriate systems.
• Conduct regular stock maintenance and inventory checks in the storage area.
• Assemble deliveries from designated storage compartments and verify completeness and accuracy (e.g., quantity and article number against delivery notes).
• Complete packaging of deliveries according to shipping instructions, common dispatch methods, packaging types, and other guidelines (e.g., Dangerous Goods).
• Attach the appropriate shipping documents to outgoing goods.
• Carry out internal and, if applicable, external transports using the appropriate means of transportation.

Requirements

• Experience with operation management systems (SAP) is a MUST.
• Experience in a technical warehouse is a significant advantage.
• Forklift certificate required.
• Must reside near the work location.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
