We are seeking Warehouse Operators to join our new European distribution centre in Rotterdam's logistics hub. If you are an experienced warehouse professional who excels in fast-paced, high-tech environments, we want to hear from you.

The Role

As part of the initial team, you will be responsible for launching and scaling a distribution centre for a leading global supplier of innovative safety technology products. You will work with state-of-the-art systems and handle high-value goods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload containers and deliveries
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock rotation
• Use barcode scanners and ERP systems for tracking and dispatch

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse experience (preferably with parts, components, or FMCG)
• Strong IT skills with hands-on experience using scanners, handhelds, and warehouse systems
• Physically fit and able to lift, pack, and move boxes safely
• Fluent in English with good communication skills
• Positive, proactive attitude in a growing, dynamic workplace

What We Offer

• Salary: €36,000 - €38,000 gross/year (dependent on experience)
• Up to 10% annual bonus based on company performance
