Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As a Wholesale Merchandise Planner - EMEA, you will be responsible for the financial plan that links wholesale commercial strategy to inventory and margin outcomes across your accounts and region. You will create and maintain integrated merchandise financial plans that convert sell-in targets into actionable seasonal plans, collaborating with demand, supply, and commercial teams to ensure alignment as the business evolves. This position provides direct exposure to end-to-end wholesale planning and the opportunity to gain deep expertise in Open-to-Buy (OTB) management, scenario analysis, and cross-functional plan integration. You will thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment where your ability to identify risks early and connect financial signals to business decisions will have a significant impact.
The Role: In this role, you will be involved in various core activities, including:

Building fiscal and seasonal wholesale merchandise financial plans aligned with sell-in strategies and account targets, including sales, margin, inventory, and receipt plans by account, region, and channel.

Managing OTB in relation to wholesale demand, commitments, and inventory targets.
•
Evaluating financial impacts of account mix, pricing, and commercial investments to ensure plans support growth and profitability objectives.
•
Contributing to scenario and risk planning across wholesale channels, considering account demand variability, orderbook changes, and supply constraints.
•
Monitoring in-season performance and reforecasting based on sell-in, sell-through, and account behavior.
•
Analyzing orderbook performance, sell-in trends, cancellations, reorders, and shipment risks to enhance forecast accuracy and inventory decisions.
•
Driving cross-functional integration across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Merchandising, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Commercial to ensure alignment between commercial plans, inventory flow, and supply constraints.
•
Presenting financial plans, forecasts, risks, and opportunities to regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
