As a Wholesale Operations Support Coordinator, you will have a strong customer-focused attitude and the ability to take responsibility and work independently. The Role

You will be part of the Wholesale Operations Support team, reporting to the Wholesale Operations Support Sr. Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include:

• Entering, managing, and releasing orders, reorders, and swaps.
• Understanding seasonal inventory logic for stock placement.
• Sending order confirmations to customers on schedule.
• Monitoring order status throughout all phases from placement to delivery.
• Ensuring order accuracy during the four selling campaigns.
• Organizing shipments for the Italian market.
• Preparing weekly reports and conducting regular reviews.
• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with customer contacts.
• Entering return authorizations and communicating return requirements to customers.
• Collaborating with Logistics and the Wholesale Operations Support Assistant to organize return shipments.
• Updating Customer Master data with assistance from the Wholesale Operations Support Assistant.
• Learning and navigating various system entry tools (RLM, Active Omni) and reporting tools (Qlik View, Smart sheet).
• Acting promptly and independently to resolve issues with a creative mindset.
• Working closely with Account Executives, Sales Agents, Accountancy, and Logistics to support regular data control for customers.
• Improving knowledge of IT systems to enhance report quality on shipments and orders.

Requirements

• College degree (MBO or equivalent).
• Previous experience in B2B Customer Service and/or Wholesale Operations Support is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and other IT systems.
• Mandatory knowledge of English and Italian, with an additional European language (German, French, Spanish) being a plus.
• Understanding of basic Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance principles in Fashion/Luxury organizations.

In compliance with Pay Transparency laws, the compensation range for this position is €34,000.00 - €47,000.00 EUR.
