We are seeking two Workday Specialists to join our European team: a Workday Developer and a Workday Configuration Specialist. This is a fully remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the European Union.
The Role
Workday Developer – Integration Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Workday interfaces and integrations.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Workday's basic architecture, including Organizations, Jobs, Personnel, and Business Processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday integration, with knowledge of technologies such as Core Connector, EIB, and XSLT.
- Proficient in using Workday Studio for interface development.
- Understanding of Workday reporting functions and security/permission controls.
- Workday integration certification is preferred.
Workday Configuration Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules, including Organizations, Jobs, and Employee Lifecycle processes (Hire, Transfer, Promotion, Termination).
- Manage the end-to-end configuration of the Workday Recruiting module, covering job requisitions, candidate workflows, and offer processes.
- Implement and optimize Security, Business Processes (BP), and Condition Rules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while providing ongoing support and improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday implementation or support experience.
- Completion of at least 2 full-lifecycle Workday projects is preferred.
- Strong functional knowledge of Core HCM and Recruiting modules.
- Workday certification in Core HCM or Recruiting is a plus.
