Dan is de rol 'Zorg Ketenmanager' precies wat je zoekt. In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat processen soepel lopen, risico’s tijdig worden gezien en verbeteringen daadwerkelijk landen in de praktijk.
De Rol
De Ketenmanager Zorg beschikt over sterk analytische vaardigheden en is in staat om complexe IT- en proceslandschappen snel te doorgronden. Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden, neemt initiatief om procesoptimalisaties in gang te zetten en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige implementatie. De ketenmanager:
•
Initieert en implementeert procesoptimalisaties.
•
Controleert de toepassing van wet- en regelgeving en bewaakt kwaliteit, risico’s en ‘license to operate’.
•
Stelt prioriteiten binnen de keten en de IT-planning en bent intern en extern aanspreekpunt bij incidenten.
•
Werkt de controls van accepted risks bij en monitort en bewaakt performanceafspraken en SLA’s.
•
Adviseert het management over mogelijkheden voor ketenverbetering.
