You receive vacancies from TotaMatch, from account manager to chef and from healthcare professional to technical specialist, across the Netherlands. You decide which vacancies you want to act on.
Know someone who fits? Send them your personal TotaMatch link via LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp or in person. You're free to reach out to people and share vacancy links.
What does TotaMatch do for you?
As soon as a candidate signs up via your link, we take over completely. You don't have to do anything else.
Intake & Screening
We handle the intake and screening for every candidate you bring in.
Selection & Matching
We match your candidate, including to other vacancies if they're a better fit.
Interviews & Placement
We take care of all interviews, communication with employers and the final placement.
Does your candidate start within three months via TotaMatch? Then you get the fee regardless, even if they start in a different vacancy.
What do you earn?
As soon as your candidate successfully starts within 3 months at an employer via TotaMatch.
If your candidate is still working three months later and meets the conditions.
A successful, lasting placement earns you at least €1,000. Excluding VAT where applicable.
For some vacancies the fee is higher. We always let you know in advance.
What could you earn?
Example calculation
Say you find on average 5 people per month who start via TotaMatch:
- 5 × €500 = €2,500 in start fees per month
- After three months, continuation fees too: up to €5,000 extra revenue per month
There's no income guarantee. You only earn when candidates successfully start and meet the conditions.
You don't have to be a recruiter
We're not looking for professional recruiters. We're looking for people who know a lot of people, make contact easily and spot opportunities. Maybe you're an estate agent, hairdresser, entrepreneur, account manager, salesperson, personal trainer or you work in hospitality.
Big network
You have a strong professional or social network and know how to reach people.
Active on social media
You're active on LinkedIn, Instagram or WhatsApp and know how to reach people.
Spot opportunities
You enjoy helping someone find a new job and quickly see who fits where.

Do it whenever you want
This isn't a job at TotaMatch. You work as an independent entrepreneur, entirely on your own terms. The programme is especially interesting if you already have a job or business and want to put your network to work on the side.

Your personal link
You get one personal sign-up link. Candidates who come in via your link are linked to you for three months across all vacancies, not just one.
Busy month? Then you do nothing. Spot five interesting candidates? Then you send your link five times.
Your candidate signs up themselves. You never fill in anyone's details. Only a registration linked to your link counts.
