Join a close-knit, informal team of 12 at a sustainable-energy provider in Amsterdam, serving as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat. You’ll own cases from initial inquiry to resolution without scripts or call-time targets, while improving processes and help-centre content to drive better customer experiences and support the climate transition.
Your responsibilities
•
Answer customer questions about contracts, invoices and products in Dutch and English
•
Handle complaints and escalations end to end
•
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and Zendesk
•
Improve help-centre articles and flag recurring issues
