You will be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and chat, owning each case from first contact to resolution and deciding when to involve a colleague. You will spot recurring questions, improve the process and strengthen the help-centre articles behind them.
You will work in a close-knit team of 12 at a Dutch sustainable-energy provider, helping households reduce energy use and contributing to the climate transition.
Your responsibilities

Answer customer questions about contracts, invoices and products
•
Handle complaints and escalations end to end
•
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and Zendesk
•
Improve help-centre articles and flag recurring problems
